Cryptocurrency | Cause the price of Bitcoin fell this week

The price of Bitcoin in the market has begun to fall since the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) says there is still a lot of work to be done before it can approve a Bitcoin ETF.

Currently, bitcoin is easing at $ 10,090.57 or down 4% in the past week. The bitcoin market has been stagnant in trading due to the news, although it had risen a few seconds.

SEC chief Jay Clayton in an interview with CNBC on Monday, Clayton said the SEC had to ensure prices in the unregulated market were not manipulated.

Clayton noted that the Bitcoin ETF was a possible thing to do and significant steps had been taken to address some concerns, "there is still work to be done."

Last August, the SEC postponed the decision on whether or not three bitcoin ETF proposals were approved.

"The Commission feels this requires a longer period of time to issue a decision agreeing or rejecting the proposed rule changes so that it has enough time to consider changing the rules," according to the SEC document released last month.

Bitcoin ETF is believed by some crypto observers to make the price of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency experience significant price increases, this is because the bitcoin ETF can be a bridge for cryptocurrency to get more investors.
