Cryptocurrency | The Facebook crypto project is done by over 100 people

According to reports, there is 100 staff that we know of working on crypto projects through profiles on LinkedIn's professional network platform. Facebook is also known not to recruit even though there are 40 more jobs available in this unit.

According to descriptions in Facebook career advertisements, the goal of Facebook's cryptocurrency project is to provide accessibility-centered public services:

"Our main goal is to help millions of people with access to things they don't have right now - which can be health services, fair financial services, or new ways to store or share information.

The head of the Facebook blockchain project is David Marcus. Previously Marcus worked at PayPal as president, and currently, Marcus works in Coinbase exchange services as a board.

Facebook developer Eric Nakagawa reportedly took the title, "open source head." Nakagawa will fight for open source projects in the past on PyTorch's artificial intelligence devices. Previously Nakagawa worked as CEO of the humor site "I Can Have Cheezburger?"
