Cryptocurrency Exchange | Cryptopia will be reopened after hacking



The New Zealand-based Cryptocurrency exchange will reopen after March 4, 2019 after experiencing hacking earlier this year. according to information circulating, the founders of Cryptopia will return to the company to help market operations and make changes.

Police have given permission to return to the cryptocurrency exchange market to operate it again, according to cryptopia staff, saying that the stock exchange will be operational in March.


"We aim to reopen the Cryptopia site on Monday,"

Hackers stole thousands of millions of dollars in Cryptocurrency and resulted in heavy Cryptopia Exchange at the beginning of 2019. The company revealed that hackers obtained 9.4% of their assets.

"At present, we have calculated that assets of 9.4% of our total ownership assets have been stolen." As written on their tweet.


Until now, the New Zealand police have not provided further information regarding this case.
